This Easter, Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is hosting an unforgettable brunch experience on 31st March.
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – 22 February 2024: The hotel’s chic restaurant, Graphos Social Kitchen, will take its guests on an exciting culinary journey, featuring an extensive buffet spread, live performances by the resident duo band and fun activities for children.
Guests can expect an exotic medley of cuisines where east meets the west. Diners can choose from an array of fresh salads, soups, hot appetisers, Arabic mezze, and cheese from around the world. Guests can also stop by at the various live cooking counters serving pasta, tempura, sushi, oysters, BBQ grills and tacos. Live carving and smoked beef brisket slider stations are also available. For the mains, guests can select from options such as beef bourguignon, truffle mashed potatoes, vegetable pilaf and vegetable lasagna among other dishes.
The indulgent dessert menu includes cakes, vanilla crème brûlée, mixed berry tartlets, green apple and black current lollipop, white chocolate amarena cherry trifle and lychee panna cotta, for guests to end their meal on a sweet note, A live dessert station featuring ice creams, a chocolate fountain, marshmallows and a strawberry garden will offer the perfect treat for little ones.
A dedicated counter for children will serve up dishes like chicken tender fillet and steamed salmon with vegetables, alongside treats such as candies, mini muffins, doughnuts, and popcorn.
The celebration will be complete with an appearance by the Easter bunny who will handover gifts to kids. Kids can also enjoy exciting activities including egg painting and games in the recreation area.
