Club 15 Dubai: New 15,000 Sqm Sports and Lifestyle Destination Opens in Al Quoz

Dubai, 8 Oct 2026: Dubai is set to welcome Club 15, a new 15,000 sqm sports and lifestyle destination opening this October in Al Quoz. Founded by Lebanese basketball legend Fadi El Khatib, the destination brings professional-level sport, fitness, recovery, wellness, family activities and social spaces together under one roof.

Club 15 features a 5,700 sqm gym across two floors, rooftop training, seven professional indoor padel courts, three basketball courts, a 25-metre heated semi-Olympic swimming pool, Reformer Pilates and multifunctional training areas for HIIT, boxing and functional workouts.

The destination also places a strong focus on recovery and wellness. Facilities include ice baths and cold therapy, a hydrotherapy jacuzzi, infrared sauna and a 250 sqm physiotherapy clinic. The idea is to make recovery part of the overall sporting experience rather than an additional service.

Designed for families and multiple generations, Club 15 includes a dedicated Kids Area, parkour and gymnastics facilities, youth academies and a gaming lounge. Parents can train, play padel or use the recovery facilities while children take part in their own activities.

The club also features premium lounges, a digital platform for bookings, loyalty and events, a podcast studio and spaces designed for members to meet, work, relax and connect. Adidas, Red Bull and Joe & The Juice are also part of the Club 15 ecosystem.

For Fadi El Khatib, the number 15 has a personal meaning, having been associated with his professional basketball career and now worn by his sons, who are professional players.

Located in Al Quoz with connectivity to Al Khail Road, Dubai Hills and Sheikh Zayed Road, Club 15 will also offer more than 300 dedicated parking spaces.
