So, once you reach, there’s coffee, a quick freshen-up, a form to sign off, and then you’re taken to the real show. Seeing these massive balloons come to life right before your eyes is worth the trip, and we took off just as the desert lit up with the first rays of sunlight.
Within minutes, we were lifting off. Our Captain doubled as a guide, explaining how these 8-storey-tall giants work. And the views? You’re flying over the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, home to gazelles and Arabian oryx. The air is cooler up here and and the flight is calm
Every day the takeoff point changes depending on wind direction, and the whole experience is surprisingly eco-friendly and calming instead of adrenaline pumping. - No chaos Just the loud burner noise and its warmth that felt so good on this winter morning. Once you’re back to the ground, your breakfast, a falcon show and a short camel ride is included in your ticket.
Landing is always a little adventure of its own. Smooth or a light skid, both are normal. but all of it is absolutely reviewron recommended if a hot air balloon flight is on your bucket list
