Dubai, 7 Oct 2026: The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled its fifth Dubai selection, featuring 122 restaurants across 38 cuisine types and highlighting the continued growth of the city’s culinary scene.
Unveiled at a ceremony at Atlantis The Royal, the 2026 selection includes 19 new restaurants, comprising two new One MICHELIN Star restaurants, four new Bib Gourmand restaurants and 13 new MICHELIN-Selected restaurants. The overall selection has nearly doubled since the MICHELIN Guide Dubai made its debut.
Orfali Bros is one of the biggest highlights this year, earning a promotion to Two MICHELIN Stars two years after receiving its first Star.
