Elemental 78 Brings Resort-Style Living and Greenery to Central Dubai

Dubai, 7 Oct 2026: Hazza Zaal, CEO of Al Barari and Founder of Elemental Developments, has launched Elemental 78, the developer’s first completed and ready-to-move-in residential project in Jumeirah Garden City.

The boutique development features a limited collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, combining nature-led design with resort-style amenities. Inspired by the philosophy behind Al Barari, the project incorporates climbing greenery, mature planting and landscaped spaces throughout the development.
