Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2026 Returns with 100+ Musicians and a Spectacular 360° Stage
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa returns with a new 2026 season featuring a 360° stage, 100+ musicians and an expansive chorus ensemble. Led by Shankar Mahadevan, Kumar Sanu, Neeti Mohan and Javed Ali, the season celebrates India’s diverse musical traditions.

Titled ‘Hindustan Ka Sangeetsthan’, the 2026 season introduces a spectacular 360° stage, more than 100 musicians and an expansive chorus ensemble. The new setup aims to create the atmosphere of a live concert while keeping authentic music and emerging talent at the heart of the show.
The new season was unveiled through a Virtual Reality experience, giving the media an early look at the expansive new set and the world created around ‘Hindustan Ka Sangeetsthan’.
The show brings together four musical Gurus — Shankar Mahadevan, Kumar Sanu, Neeti Mohan and Javed Ali. Together, they will guide contestants through the competition, sharing their experience and musical knowledge while evaluating performances.
Actor Shreyas Talpade will host the season.
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa will explore musical traditions from different parts of India through performances celebrating the country’s diverse sounds and styles. The production combines this musical focus with a large-scale visual experience, including what has been described as the first 360-degree stage for an Indian music reality show.
Speaking about the new season, Raghavendra Hunsur, Chief Content Officer, ZEEL, said the show continues its long-standing focus on authentic music and real talent while introducing a larger and more immersive format.
The new season will also be available to audiences in global markets through Zee TV and ZEE5 Global. Harish Goyal, Territory Head – Americas, highlighted the show’s connection with South Asian audiences in the USA and Canada and its ability to bring families and communities together through music.
Mangesh Kulkarni, Chief Channel Officer, Zee TV, said the new season aims to combine a magnificent stage and live concert experience with the musical expertise of its Gurus.
Siju Prabhakaran, Chief Business Officer, ZEE5 Global, added that the new season will bring the diversity of Indian musical traditions to audiences across global markets.
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2026 premiered on 19 September and airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 PM IST on Zee TV and ZEE5 Global.
