Parkin and ABER have partnered to bring on-demand vehicle testing to selected parking locations in Dubai, with services already launched in Business Bay and DAMAC Hills 1
Dubai, 30 Oct 2026: Dubai motorists can now access vehicle testing services at selected parking locations following a strategic partnership between Parkin Company PJSC and ABER Vehicles Registration Services LLC.
The partnership brings mobile vehicle inspection services closer to residential communities, workplaces and commercial areas, allowing motorists to complete essential vehicle testing for registration renewals without making a separate trip to a traditional testing centre.
The services have already launched at initial locations in Business Bay and DAMAC Hills 1. Parkin plans to gradually expand the service to additional locations across Dubai, focusing on residential communities, commercial districts and areas with high demand.
The initiative is part of Parkin’s strategy to transform its parking facilities into integrated mobility and service destinations. The company also plans to connect the service to its digital ecosystem, allowing customers to discover, access and book vehicle testing through the Parkin website and mobile application.
Eng. Abdelrahman Al Shuweihi, Director of Operations at Parkin, said the partnership supports the company's move beyond traditional parking management by making essential automotive services more accessible and convenient for motorists.
Mustafa Omar, Director of Business Development at ABER, said the company's RTA-approved mobile vehicle inspection solution uses UAE-developed patented technology to bring vehicle testing directly to designated parking locations.
The service is designed to reduce travel time and make vehicle registration-related testing more convenient for residents and businesses.
The partnership also supports Dubai’s wider ambition to develop a smarter and more connected mobility ecosystem by making everyday services easier to access.
With the initial launch in Business Bay and DAMAC Hills 1, motorists can expect the service to reach more communities as Parkin and ABER continue their planned rollout across Dubai.
