Dôme Lounge stands as the embodiment of gourmet glamour, serving as the glittering centrepiece of the grand lobby. With its soaring glass roof, Dôme offers an ambience of refined elegance where every detail is designed to captivate. The lounge provides a sophisticated setting to enjoy exquisite beverages, light meals and small bites, complemented by delicate French pâtisseries and sumptuous desserts, and, it is, of course, renowned for its exquisite afternoon tea. Guests can unwind in the serene interior or on the garden terrace, where stunning views of the Arabian Gulf enhance the experience.

DÔME: GOLDEN SUNSET AFTERNOON TEA

Come and bask in the golden light of the Dôme or find seclusion in the venue’s private cocoons. Afternoon tea, crafted by Fairmont Doha’s Executive Pastry Chef Romain Castell, features tropical-inspired treats, rare teas from NEWBY, including Moroccan Mint, Masala Chai, Matcha, Lapsang Suchong, and Darjeeling and signature coffees by Cafés Richard.

Every Saturday Masala Library serves an exquisite three-course tasting experience spotlighting signature dishes such as sizzling coconut fish, hand-pulled butter chicken, Vinnamei garlic prawns and fragrant galawati lamb. Elevate each course with a thoughtfully paired mocktail, curated wine, or enticing cocktail, expertly chosen to accentuate flavours and craft an unforgettable dining voyage.
