Starting with a burst of chaat flavours to choose from like Khasta Arbi Chaat, a crispy colocasia tossed in spices for that perfect crunch; Shakarkand ki Chaat, a sweet potato chaat; and, of course, Aloo Singada Dahi Wada, the classic dahi wada with a Navratri touch, featuring singada (water chestnut) and potato.

Up next, indulge in a pre-plated Tikki platter that includes Kacche Kele Ki Tikki, a raw banana tikki that is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside; Aloo Sabudana Tikki, a unique blend of potatoes and sago; and suran ki Tikki, a hearty, flavorful yam tikki.
