Abu Dhabi, UAE – 21st October 2024: The Director’s Club, the signature dining destination at The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, the world’s first Warner Bros.-themed hotel, is rolling out the red carpet to celebrate the return of its Saturday brunch this October, marking the start of the winter season.
Every Saturday, guests can immerse themselves in live entertainment while indulging in premium cuts and the finest selection of beverages. Upon arrival, diners will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly, setting the tone for an afternoon of culinary delight. Once seated, they’ll be treated to an array of sharing-style appetizers, including The Director’s Club Signature Beef Tartare, Sesame-crusted Tuna Tataki, Truffle Mac and Cheese Croquettes, Old Bay Popcorn Shrimp, and Oysters Rockefeller.
For the main course, guests can savor the dramatic tableside carving of the Chargrilled Tomahawk Steak, served from a trolley. Other mouthwatering options include the Josper-Grilled Hanger Steak, Twice-Cooked Baby Chicken with leavened bread, Roasted Seabass with a pistachio-olive dressing, and the hearty Shepherd’s Pie. Vegetarians can also indulge in the delicious Josper-Grilled Cauliflower Steak.
The brunch also features the ‘Little Directors’ menu for younger guests, with kid-friendly favorites like Wonton Mozzarella Rolls, Watermelon Feta Sticks, and classic Popcorn Chicken. For the main course, children can enjoy choices such as the Grilled Mini Steak (The Little Butcher), Mini Sliders, Pasta, Tempura Fish Bites, or a healthy Seared Sea Bass. To top off the experience, children can choose from a selection of desserts, including a Caramel Profiterole, Little Eton Mess, or creamy Signature Milkshakes. Adults, too, have a tempting selection of desserts like the fluffy Tea Cheesecake, Opalys Earl Grey, Guanaja Chocolate Choux, and Rhubarb Elder Flower.
Located on the ground floor of The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, The Director’s Club invites guests to enjoy this elevated brunch experience every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm.
Packages start at AED 275 per person, including soft beverages, AED 399 for house beverages, and AED 599 for the premium bubbly option.
After brunch, guests are encouraged to continue their day at the hotel’s stunning rooftop lounge, The Overlook, where they can unwind with drinks and take in the breathtaking sunset views of Yas Island.
