UAE’s First Chef Talent Agency Launches to Help Culinary Stars Build Powerful Personal Brands

Dubai, 01 June 2026: Dubai’s hospitality industry has welcomed a new specialist agency designed to put chefs firmly in the spotlight. ROSTER, a chef-focused talent and communications agency, has officially launched in the UAE with a mission to help culinary professionals build stronger public profiles, gain industry recognition and unlock new career opportunities.

The agency was founded by hospitality communications expert Shraddha Barot Amariei, CEO of White Label Media, and former media executive Paul Clifford, founder of Context Studio. Combining extensive experience across hospitality PR, publishing, media and brand strategy, the duo created ROSTER to address what they see as a significant gap in the industry: talented chefs whose stories often remain hidden behind the restaurants they work for.

Unlike traditional restaurant PR agencies, ROSTER represents chefs as individuals, offering services including public relations, brand positioning, media training, commercial partnerships and regional representation. The agency will work with a maximum of 10 long-term clients at any given time, ensuring personalised support and strategic guidance.

ROSTER’s first official client is chef Surabhi Suri, the current World’s Best Vegetarian Chef and runner-up at the World Food Championships.

The agency will also support international chefs visiting the GCC through media relations, speaking engagements, book signings, industry appearances and curated events.

According to the founders, growing chef visibility benefits not only the individual but also the restaurants and hospitality groups they represent, helping create stronger connections with diners and building more recognisable culinary brands.

With a flexible approach that includes long-term representation, project-based consultancy and launch support, ROSTER aims to become a leading platform for chef talent across the UAE and wider GCC region.
