Dubai Investments Defies Market Jitters, Posts AED 185 Million Q1 2026 Profit
Dubai Investments announced stable Q1 2026 financial results with profit before tax reaching AED 185 million. The Group’s diversified portfolio, recurring income streams, and continued progress in major UAE real estate projects supported overall growth and long-term value creation.

The Group also recorded a profit after tax of AED 168.97 million, reflecting a slight increase from AED 167.18 million reported in Q1 2025.
The company’s steady performance highlights the resilience of its diversified investment portfolio and the strength of its core operating sectors. Consistent recurring income from its ground-rent infrastructure platform and other revenue-generating assets continued to support earnings throughout the quarter.
Dubai Investments said its property segment remained one of the key growth drivers, supported by stable occupancy levels and recurring income streams. Meanwhile, the Group’s manufacturing and contracting businesses maintained steady operational performance.
As of March 31, 2026, total assets increased to AED 23.43 billion, up from AED 23.28 billion recorded at the end of 2025. Total equity also rose to AED 15.39 billion compared to AED 15.22 billion, reflecting the Group’s strong financial position and long-term growth strategy.
Khalid Bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments, said the Group’s first-quarter performance demonstrates the stability and balance of its business model despite changing market conditions.
He noted that the company continues to follow a disciplined asset allocation strategy focused on recurring revenues, operational continuity, and sustainable long-term value creation across its core sectors.
Looking ahead, Dubai Investments confirmed that work is progressing across several major real estate developments in the UAE. Construction activities continue at projects including Danah Bay, Violet Tower, and Asayel Avenue, with additional handovers expected according to planned timelines.
