Dubai, UAE, June 10, 2025 Zenon Dubai, the city's immersive culinary and nightlife destination, is proud to unveil its brand-new menu launching this June. Elevating its signature approach to fine dining with performance and personality, the updated selection presents a harmonious blend of Mediterranean elegance and modern Asian flair, offering guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

From refined cold starters to vibrant hot dishes and indulgent desserts, the new menu at Zenon has been meticulously curated to surprise, delight, and entertain. Each dish has been crafted with the finest ingredients and an eye for theatrical presentation –
true to the spirit of Zenon.

Highlights from the new menu include:
Beef Tataki – Perfectly seared beef striploin paired with tempura flakes and a bold citrus-soy sauce.
Seabass Ceviche – Fresh seabass enhanced by a zesty passion fruit leche de tigre, avocado purée, and a jalapeño kick.
Hotate Maki – A standout scallop roll featuring Hokkaido scallops, truffle mayo, and gold leaf for a luxurious finish.
Wagyu Beef Skewers – Marinated in umami-rich miso and soy, grilled to perfection, and topped with spicy tempura flakes.
Shrimp Saganaki – Omani prawns bathed in a rich langoustine bisque and tomato-herb sauce, topped with aged feta.
Maccheroncini with Pesto – A rustic nod to Italian tradition with vibrant basil, pine nuts, and cherry tomato.
Aphrodite Cheesecake – A decadent finale inspired by the goddess of love – creamy, dreamy, and unforgettable.

The new menu at Zenon has been developed by Executive Chef Lorenzo Buccarini, along with Chef Thomas Papas, Tatsuya Ueda, , bringing together their diverse culinary backgrounds to craft a truly global dining experience.

Seabass Ceviche

The first four dishes – Beef Tataki, Wagyu Beef Skewers, Ebi Miso Yaki, and Scallop Rolls – are inspired by the team’s recent culinary journey to Japan. After exploring a wide range of restaurants and techniques, they returned to Zenon with a wealth of
inspiration, reinterpreting Japanese flavors through their own lens. The result is a fusion of East and West, blending Zenon’s identity with the depth and precision of Japanese cuisine.

Similarly, the Maccheroncini with Pesto pays homage to classic Italian tradition while introducing a refined, contemporary twist. And the Shrimp Saganaki reimagines a beloved Greek favorite, celebrating its roots while evolving it with subtle, modern touches — perfectly aligned with Zenon’s culinary philosophy: honoring tradition while oldly pushing boundaries.
