The highlight of this event will be Chef Kuvam Sharma, a trailblazer in Dubai’s underground dining scene and the founder of the Secret Supper Club. Known for his innovative gastronomic journeys and artistic culinary style, Chef Kuvam is set to create a bespoke menu that blends the warmth of the holiday season with the rich flavors of Indian cuisine with The Saffron Society Supper Club.
Chef Kuvam’s Journey: Chef Kuvam Sharma’s passion for food began in 2017 when he transitioned from a career in architecture to pursue his true calling in the culinary arts. As one of the first chefs to introduce private supper clubs in Dubai, Chef Kuvam has redefined the dining experience, offering immersive cultural adventures where storytelling and artistry meet on the plate. His menus remain a closely guarded secret until the event, encouraging diners to embrace curiosity and savor the unexpected.
