The Samurai brunch menu includes an array of offerings, from the finest selections at the Live Crudo Bar featuring O-Toro tartare, the Chef's assortment of Sashimi, Nigiri, and Maki, to the delightful bites of Edamame with sea salt and Red snapper ceviche with aji and tiger's milk. Additionally, guests can savor hot starters like Chicken and Prawns Gyoza, Crispy fried squid with green chili and lime, and Potato croquettes with gochujang mayo and chives.

The delectable feast doesn’t end there as the Woodfire section presents an enviable selection such as Grilled Wagyu Rib Eye with wafu sauce and garlic chips, Miso-marinated Red snapper wrapped in hoba leaf, Wood fire baby chicken with fennel salad, and a tempting array of accompaniments like Japanese rice with shimeji mushroom and black truffle.
