Lucky Voice Unveils New Look and Exciting Nights

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19 September 2024 – Lucky Voice, one of Dubai’s hottest nightspots and long-standing karaoke bars, has gone through an exciting revamp this summer and is ready to welcome guests.

Capturing people's hearts since 2016, the multi-award-winning venue welcomed partygoers on September 6th to its newly revamped venue. Returning even bigger and better, Lucky Voice – the UAE’s favourite night out – is the place to let your hair down and unleash your inner superstar.

Lucky Voice’s new look features a sleeker, more eclectic atmosphere that puts music at the forefront, complemented by performance-centric designs with an upbeat and fun vibe running throughout the bar.

AMBIENCE

Upon arrival, guests can enjoy a buzzer-beater podium by the lift, heightening their anticipation for the good time that awaits.

The lift is playfully designed, featuring an iconic showbiz red velvety curtain that draws back to reveal a stage. Right from the get-go, you can express yourself, share the joy of singing, or simply celebrate.

The musical journey continues on the 6th floor, where the remodelled, all-black reception desk contrasts sharply against the colourful new venue decor. As they continue their welcome voyage, guests will be greeted by a retro photo wall adorned with picture-perfect lighting – an ideal spot to snap that Instagram-worthy photo.

Adding to the fun are cool neon signs and a fresh-looking DJ booth.

EXPERIENCE

In a new twist, Lucky Voice has introduced the Stopwatch Challenge, offering guests the chance to win a free meal if they can stop the timer at exactly 00:00:10.

Meanwhile, the disco and aerial go-go dancers around the venue will entertain the crowd and set the mood for another night of nonstop fun.

The bravest are invited to try the Spicy Rhum Challenge. Running daily, anyone who can chug four shots of rhum with lime and one with chilli earns a free beer and a spot in the highly sought-after Hall of Fame.

If that wasn’t enough, Lucky Voice is also excited to unveil its new and improved delectable food and drinks menu, carefully curated to fill guests’ Instagram feeds and tummies.

Featuring an eclectic mix of international flavours and classic grub to please everyone’s tastes, the menu includes old favourites and new bites – from sliders to tacos and burgers to salads. The new menu features Homemade Guac-a-mole, a sharing nacho served with freshly made avocado tartar and cheese dip; the AC/DC Angus Burger, loaded with beef bacon and patties; BBQ chicken wings, and Shrimply the Best, Lucky Voice’s unique take on prawn dynamite.

Meanwhile, Lucky Voice's drinks menu is a whole new level of funky and fun, from giant cocktails to shots served in captivating, lab-inspired cylinders or beers in gigantic wine glasses.

NEW THEMED NIGHTS AND OFFERS

In addition to Lucky Voice’s Saturday Brunch and Drunch, Sunday Groove, and Daily Happy Hour, the venue adds more themed nights to the line-up, guaranteeing fun every night of the week.

Tuesday: Taylor Tuesdays

Arguably the biggest artist at the moment, Swifties can now sing along to their favourite Taylor Swift songs all night long at Lucky Voice every Tuesday. Every lady will get one complimentary Taylor Swift-inspired cocktail, such as Cruel Summer Margarita, Bad Blood Bloody Marry, A Tortured Martini, and many more.

Wednesday: Rock Karaoke with Ark Angelz

A favourite among Lucky Voice fans, Wednesdays are for singing along with the four-piece band Ark Angelz. They not only rock the venue with their feel-good music but also light up the dance floor with their infectious, all-in energy.

Thursday: Lucky Quiz Night

The first-ever music-themed quiz night in Dubai, this musical extravaganza hosted by beloved Radio personality Dane is set to put to the test all those hours spent on Spotify (or iPods back in the day). If you know all the lyrics to Nicki Minaj’s Super Bass, or the 80s is your jam, or you’re simply seeking a unique evening of entertainment, Lucky Voice guarantees a night of brain-busters and laughter.

The five-round quiz night promises an exhilarating mix of challenges, from guessing the famous singers and completing song lyrics to a test of your general music knowledge. Prizes include a house-beverage brunch package for up to six people, a three-hour complimentary karaoke pod for up to ten people, and AED 500 tab to use on the next quiz night. Participants can also expect surprise bonus prizes like a staycation at the Grand Millennium Hotel and more.

Every week, the first three groups to reserve their tables will receive a complimentary bucket of ice-cold beer.

Friday: Ladies’ Day

Kicking off the weekend into high gear, ladies can get one entrée and free-flowing drinks for three hours from 5 PM to 11 PM for only AED 99, with the fun starting at AED 199 for the gentlemen. The three-hour drinking package is renewable, promising a perfect start to the weekend.

The energy will be elevated further by the phenomenal global DJ and producer DJ Stu Laurie, who promises an incredible blend of disco and funk through quality house music. Resident DJ Mark Vee will also take the stage, making everyone dance and sing their hearts out with his HipHop, Afrobeats, and R&B mixes.
