Mumbai, India, 8th April 2025: Universal Pictures India (distributed by Warner Bros. Discovery) is proud to announce The Wild Robot, their most loved animated film of 2024 is running successfully in cinemas for an incredible 25 weeks. This wholesome animated adventure follows Roz, a robot stranded in the wilderness, as she learns to survive and build an emotional connection with the animals around her. The film’s success is not only driven by its heartfelt story but also its stellar cast featuring Pedro Pascal and Lupita Nyong'o, known for their diverse and charismatic performances, bringing warmth and depth to their characters. 

After Kung Fu Panda 4 successfully  completing 25 weeks in cinemas, Universal Pictures has clinched yet another milestone with The Wild Robot! This recent animated triumph continues the studio’s commitment of delivering heartfelt and visually stunning films that capture audiences globally. With back to back successes, especially in the post-pandemic animation lineup including Minions: The Rise of Gru, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, The Super Mario Bros.
