At Pool Restaurant & Bar, guests can sample unique and signature cocktails such as Tamarind Souq— a mix of black rum, tamarind purée, basil leaves, rose and soda water topped with black salt. Meanwhile, the brand’s signature cocktail, Singapore Sling, contains four types of liquor such as gin, Cherry Heering, Cointreau, and D.O.M benedictine, mixed with angostura, grenadine, pineapple and lime juice.

On Thursdays, selected Bombay gin cocktails are priced at AED 30, while on Fridays, guests can enjoy three Mimosa and an appetiser platter for only AED 99. Meanwhile, Raffles Dubai promises a fun weekend with Sangria Saturdays, where guests can get a litre of white or red Sangria with an appetiser platter for only AED 139. Meanwhile, selected Absolut cocktails will be AED 30 on Sundays.

Pool Day Passes

Those looking for a peaceful and laidback pool day can head to Raffles Dubai, which is perfect for couples, families, or alone. Raffles Dubai offers a 22-metre outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden and complete with comfortable sun beds, a heated jacuzzi, four water loungers, and a kid’s pool.

Guests can access the pool from Monday to Thursday for AED 100 per person. From Friday to Sunday, including public holidays, it will be AED 200 per person, of which AED 100 can be redeemed for food and beverages.

Meanwhile, guests looking to rent their private cabana can do so for AED 500 for half a day, with AED 400 redeemable on food and beverage and AED 750 for a full day, with AED 600 redeemable on food and beverage.
