The inaugural event of The Saffron Society will take place on November 28, 2024, at a chic and intimate venue in Business Bay. The spotlight will be on Chef Priyansh, a Le Cordon Bleu trained culinary artist known for his creative flair and plant-based innovations having hosted supper clubs across London, New York and Dubai. His debut 5-course vegan menu will be a visual and gastronomic celebration of South Asian culinary traditions, reimagined through a modern, sustainable lens.

With this supper club, we’re redefining the Indian culinary experience.”
The Saffron Society is designed to be an intimate, immersive experience, with only 20 exclusive seats available for this launch event. Guests will embark on a sensory journey through dishes like mushroom skewers, slow-roasted tomato soup, masala kofta, and a tofu chocolate dessert. Every dish is crafted with precision, combining traditional South Asian flavors with global influences, all while embracing sustainability and plant-based ingredients.
The evening will be further enhanced by thoughtfully designed table settings, including fresh flowers and marigold accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to savor every moment.
