The innovative dining destination invites guests to experience the richness of Mediterranean flavours in a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the talented chefs serve up an enticing selection of artfully crafted dishes.
Nestled within the vibrant setting of World Trade Center Dubai, Twine Restaurant will embody the spirit of togetherness this Ramadan by offering a unique blend of Mediterranean cuisines inspired by Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and beyond. The name "Twine" reflects the intertwining of diverse flavours and cultures, creating an experience that transcends culinary boundaries. As the sun sets, Twine transforms into a haven where families and friends can come together to share in the joy of the holy month.
Priced at AED219 per person and available daily from sunset to 10 pm, the Twine Ramadan menu promises to take you on a journey of discovery. To start, diners can enjoy a selection of Dates, Ramadan Juices, and Tea, followed by a rich Traditional Lentil Soup. The Cold Starters include Vine Leaves, Potato Salad, Quinoa and Pumpkin Salad, Labneh and Olives, Hummus, Tabbouleh, and Baba Ghannouj, while the Hot Starters boast the likes of Crispy Chicken Wings, Potato Harra, Fried Sambosek, Fatayer, Kebbeh, and Cheese Rolls, accompanied by Arabic Bread.
The Main Course is equally as enviable, featuring a variety of mouthwatering options such as Lamb Ouzi, Mediterranean Salmon, Chicken Tajine, Zaalouk, Kofta, and Roasted Vegetables. The delectable adventure concludes with a superb Dessert selection, featuring Lukaimat with vanilla ice cream and Krema Tounsiya with pistachio and rose flower, along with an assortment of Arabic sweets and fresh fruits.
Twine also ensures the little ones are perfectly catered to with a specially crafted Kids Menu priced at AED110 per person. The menu includes Traditional Lentil Soup, Potato Salad, Fried Sambosek, Fatayer, Kebbeh, and Cheese rolls for starters, followed by options like the Kids Burger or Pasta, and Kofta for the main course. Those with a sweet tooth can end the meal on a high note with fresh fruits, ice cream, and a chocolate brownie all available on the dessert menu.
