Under the masterful guidance of Chef Célia Stoecklin, Fi'lia has crafted a series of menus that promise to enhance the holiday celebrations. Chef Célia, known for her passion for Italian cuisine and commitment to using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, has curated a perfect blend of traditional flavours and modern twists for each festive occasion.

Halloween Week
Transform the dining experience into a spooktacular adventure at Fi'lia this Halloween. The restaurant will be adorned with festive Halloween décor, setting the stage for a special set menu highlights including Zuppa di Zucca, a rich butternut soup served from the trolley with flaky brioche and mascarpone cream and more! On 31st October, guests can enjoy a "Trick or Treat" surprise with Italian sweets at every table. Throughout the week, guests can savour pumpkin-shaped mignardises with coffee or tea, all amidst the warm glow of candlelight and seasonal touches of pumpkins and autumn leaves.

Thanksgiving
Experience a uniquely Italian twist on Thanksgiving with Fi'lia's specially curated set menu. Available for both lunch and dinner, the feast showcases seasonal flavours including Tacchinella Ripiena, an oven-baked turkey breast with cranberry and balsamic sauce, accompanied by roasted baby carrots, walnut gremolata and mashed potatoes with parmesan and garlic. The meal concludes with a twist on the traditional Pumpkin Pie with cardamom and fresh vanilla cream.The restaurant will be adorned with autumn leaves, candlelight and pumpkin décor, creating a cosy atmosphere that perfectly complements the meal.

December Festive Menu
Celebrate the festive season at Fi’lia from 1st to 31st December 2024, where guests can enjoy exquisite Italian cuisine in a beautifully decorated setting. Feast on savoury selections, such as Cappellacci, handmade beef ragù pasta with a rich marinara sauce and Cacciucco, a seafood casserole sealed with pizza dough, filled with prawns, red snapper and squid. For dessert, the quintessential holiday Panettone is available in pistachio or chestnut variations.
