On 29th & 30th October, guests can experience a culinary journey that blends traditional Indian flavours with international favourites, perfect for families and friends looking to celebrate the festival of lights.
The extensive Diwali buffet features a vibrant Green Bar with fresh salads, cheese boards, and charcuterie. The chaat counter offers popular Indian street foods such as Aloo anardana chaat, Dahi puri, Raj kachori, and Pani puri, complemented by specialty dishes like Khandvi, Dhokla, and Dahi vada.
The tandoori selection includes delicious Tangri kebab, Macchi sarso wali, and Veg seekh kebab. Guests can indulge in live stations featuring Pav bhaji and Amritsari chole with kulcha, along with perfectly roasted Malabar chicken and slow-braised lamb leg from the carving station.
The main course highlights a selection of traditional Indian dishes, including Murg Jafrani biryani, Paneer butter masala, Dal makhani, and Dhaniya murg, served with an array of breads, as well as international options like Ratatouille pasta bake. Dishes from the Levant region include Hummus, Fattoush, Kibbeh, Lamb Ouzi, and Chicken Tagine.
To conclude the meal on a sweet note, guests can enjoy a decadent array of desserts such as Badami kheer, Gulab jamun, Rasgulla, and Umm Ali, complemented by a chocolate fountain and various ice cream and sorbet selections.
The Diwali buffet is priced at AED 185 per adult. In addition to the buffet, Creek Kitchen will offer special Diwali hampers available for purchase at The Great Room.
