Sharjah Education Summit Features 190 Global Speakers to Address Challenges and Opportunities in the Education Sector

Sharjah, UAE, Feb 10, 2025: The Sharjah Private Education Authority and the Sharjah Education Academy, in collaboration with the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, are preparing to launch the fourth edition of the Sharjah International Summit on Improvement in Education. The summit, Which Will be held from February 23 to 24, 2025, at the Sharjah Education Academy campus in University City, will be themed "Unlocking the Potential.”
The Summit brings educators, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders together to explore and address pressing challenges and opportunities in the K-12 and early childhood education sectors. It focuses particularly on the core components needed to shape the future of our education systems. The summit fosters dialogue, promotes the application of advanced technologies, enhances equity, and embraces sustainable practices.
The summit will feature more than 35 panel discussions and 140 workshops, with the participation of more than 190 education specialists from over 30 countries worldwide. The sessions and workshops will focus on various topics derived from the summit's key tracks, including Innovative teaching and learning practices, envisioning the future of education, Equity and inclusion in schools, and future-proof and sustainable education.
The Sharjah International Summit on Improvement in Education aims to explore innovative strategies by delving into pioneering approaches and practices that contribute to improving educational outcomes. It also seeks to enhance collaboration with experts, including educators, policymakers, and industry leaders, fostering opportunities for knowledge exchange. On February 22, a pre-summit day will feature 13 specialized workshops led by top educational experts. These workshops will cover a range of topics aimed at empowering educators and enhancing learning outcomes, includingDynamic language teaching using AI and technology, The role of data in educational leadership and transforming learning, building school communities based on equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, STEM education in early childhood, Effective reading strategies and comprehension skill development. These workshops provide a valuable opportunity for educators and education leaders to learn about the latest strategies and technologies in education and professional development.
