For a refreshing start, VERO Italian presents the Asparago Unovo E Spinaci, featuring steamed green asparagus and spinach adorned with a soft-poached egg, toasted hazelnut and mustard dressing.

For the main course, dive into the divine Risotto Con Asparaggi Verdi E Capesante with flavours of sea scallops and mandarin oil,  Filetto Di Manzo a grilled beef tenderloin with steamed asparagus, truffle potato puree and green peppercorn sauce as well as the Salmone Alla Piastra with fennel gratin and hollandiase sauce.
