Indigo rated worst airline and we’re not surprised
The airline was rated abysmally low (103 out of 109) due to very poor customer satisfaction and extremely poor handling of flight disruption claims - let’s not even get to the flight delays part, which I experienced first hand on my 2 back to back recent trips with indigo

The airline was rated abysmally low (103 out of 109) due to very poor customer satisfaction and extremely poor handling of flight disruption claims - let’s not even get to the flight delays part, which I experienced first hand on my 2 back to back recent trips with indigo
For the first time I took a connecting flight from the UAE to Mumbai via Hyderabad and the flight was delayed from UAE itself. They told me I won’t make it in time to catch my connecting flight. And that they can give me the next available one which was 3 hours later - I had no choice but to take it
To my great surprise we reached Hyderabad in time to still
catch my original flight but the ground staff lied to me that the flight was cancelled and I had to collect my luggage from the departure and re-check in all over again despite having the boarding pass.
My next indigo flight was delayed by another 2 hours and the original connecting flight took off on time but the staff lied to me and did not help me take that flight
Again 2 days later, when I went from Mumbai to Mangalore, I thought I will be fine as it’s just domestic but once again the flight was delayed by 2 hours and the airline couldn’t care less
Indigo is India’s largest carrier and they refuted the claims made by this survey that rated them as one of the worst airlines globally but I totally agree with this survey - if you do too, share this video and don’t forget to leave your thoughts and experience with indigo in comments
